Documentation & Risk

  • Export documents (Airway Bill, Phyto, Cites) issued based on approved invoice.
  • Risk of damage/loss passes to customer at the time of delivery.
  • Customer must verify local import regulations.

Delayed Shipment & Claims

  • In case of flight delay, customer must request a “Cargo Irregularity Report” (DMC) from the airline.
  • Photos must be taken immediately at the airline warehouse for claims.
